In the heart of the countryside in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Kingfisher Lakes is a secluded family run carp fishing retreat set within 15 acres of private woodland and fields near Montrollet in the South West of France.

Nestled between the three main towns of Bellac, Confolens and St. Junienin (near to the Haute-Vienne), we are perfectly set to accommodate anglers of all abilities – from the novice to the carp enthusiast.

Whether your trip is for a private drive-and-survive camping adventure with a few mates or a fun holiday with family and friends in our lake-side cabin, we are the perfect choice for anyone looking for good fishing with something a little different. Come alone or come with friends – we have what you’re looking for.

Our spacious front field offers ample space for parking your camper van or pitching your tent before getting stuck in to some excellent fishing or going off to explore the local countryside where you are likely to spot some of our resident wildlife including kingfishers, buzzards, roe deer and wild boar.
